Some of our recent web design projects, which give a good example of the quality of our work and offer an idea of the appearance, functionality and usability of our website design and development. Call us for an informal discussion about your website needs.
We carried out some work on the old static site that this client used to have and when they needed a new, responsive site for the modern web, we created this. Built on WordPress, with a visual CMS for live edits. We will be adding new services and carrying out some SEO work on this site shortly.
One of our biggest projects to date, Peopletoo Limited is a company with a £multi-million turnover, providing support to organisations across Local Government and Health. The company upgraded from a static website to a WordPress based design, only to find out that the design had quickly dated and was not easily edited. We replaced the theme with a much more attractive design, which should last a lot longer than the previous one. In addition, we have been providing ongoing IT support, web design and marketing services to the company.
A huge project for the BDA Diabetes Dietitians Specialist Group (part of the NHS), that involved replacing the existing static website with a modern, responsive site, that reflected the brand design and colour scheme provided by the BDA. After the build started, a new membership system was brought in, which meant the project had to be re-worked. The original site had a separate membership and forum, so these also had to be brought together and an event calendar incorporated. The site management has now been taken over by the BDA itself.
This was a small job for a local startup in Colchester. The site needed to be responsive, clean and attractive, with room to expand as the business grew, so I built it on WordPress. The site currently ranks in 1st place on Google, Bing and Yahoo for "PAT Testing Colchester" and we are about to start work on getting it ranked for Essex too.
This charity site was a long time in development, mainly due to a lack of content being provided. The site is still short of content for a charity site in our opinion, but we have managed to put together something that looks good and takes secure online donations.
We were contacted by the Cattery as they had a very old, static website, that was looking very dated. We worked very closely with the business owner to create a site that was exactly as they required/imagined. Built on WordPress, the site is fully responsive and is clean/well laid out for enquiries.
We originally built an e-commerce website for this client using osCommerce, but as mobile/smartphone compatibility became more important, we started over with a site based on Big Commerce. The theme was customised to suit the business and the client now runs it himself, with support from Big Commerce.
Another small business website, for an English language teacher in London. The brief was for a clean, attractive website, that was responsive and could be updated easily by the site owner.
Another small business website with just a couple of pages. Fully responsive for smartphone/tablet and fulfils the client's brief.
We originally built a 2 page static website for this client's new business. That was then replaced with this responsive WordPress website a couple of years ago.
A website built a number of years ago, for an established Belly/Snake Dancer & Entertainer. The site had to display a mix of fun and professionalism and in the years since has also had to incorporate the Snake Sanctuary run by the owner. The owner manages the site content themselves and we provide support for any technical issues.
Bespoke website design created for this established mirror manufacturer. We had a very specific brief, making the site like an online catalogue, but only for the Trade, so including a membership system. The owner now manages the site themselves.
A site built many years ago, using CRE Loaded (which is an offshoot of osCommerce) with a CRE Loaded after-market theme installed. The site is now run entirely by the owner.
